It is not unusual to occasionally forget where we put our keys
or glasses or other things, where we parked our car o vehicle, or the name of
an acquaintance. As we age, it may take us longer to remember the things. Not
all older adults may have memory changes, but they can be a normal part of
aging. This type of memory problems is more often annoying than serious and a part of Mental Health illness. Memory
loss that disrupts our daily life may be a symptom of an Alzheimer's disease or
other dementia. Alzheimer's is a brain disease which causes a slow decline in
the memory, thinking and some reasoning skills. Below are few warning signs and
symptoms of memory loss. If we notice any of them, don't ignore them. Memory
